Normally I had a warranty because the first serial number didn't work when I installed it, but I just wrote to the support chat here at the store and they gave me a new serial number. Very good service.

I do not remember the peoples names who helped me, but they did a great job assisting me with the purchase of my new computer, helped me with the accessories that I needed and setting up my computer for use.

Like most things Microsoft... you gotta have it if only to do the work you want to do on your computer/laptop. It's Office. What else is there to say about it? I like that it comes with cloud storage now and you can us it on one computer and another device such as smartphone or tablet. Got it for additional $20.00 off since I purchased a new laptop at the same time.

After years of depending on this software, it’s great to be able to buy the latest version, have the TotalTech team load it and transfer all my old files to my new computer.

Microsoft Office is obviously great. It's like the iPod of mp3 players; nothing else really compares. However, I do not like the subscription aspect. I would rather have a product like this that I can buy once and not worry about it again. I don't see the need for them to make it a subscription, except to make more money. But there's not much I can do about it.

This is the easiest way to manage (for me) a subscription. I have not experience any issue with the software.

Overall it's a good collection. I only use Excel so the rest is a waste to me. Excel functions well even though I only do personal budgeting on it and I keep using it because I have used it for 10+ yrs

Love Microsoft 365 Personal, very user friendly! Excel allows me to maintain my finances very well organized. At a glance I know if everything is up to date, or if anything needs to be updated. Also, I frequently use Word for writing letters, notes, recipes and more.

I love the Office 365 family of products. The subscription model just works. You don't have to worry about "where is my license key" anymore. And with them allowing you to install the software on multiple computers with some of the licenses, that really helps. Also, paying for it yearly and always having the latest version is just really appealing to me.

Office 365 has enhanced my ability to experience the full scope of the software of my computer. Prior to its installation, I was overwhelmed so my approach to experiencing hands-on exploration of my computer software was limited and restricted. Easy navigation is so simple now. Office 365 is a great tool for the experts and for novice like myself.
