I paid for the renewal but unable to use Office 365. Its impossible to get in contact with the geek squad to resolve the problem. I just wish my $70 renewal fee was working for me.

When I renewed this subscription a problem occured in the use of the Word program. After working on a document, I save it, with an MS window informing me that Word is not my default program. I'll have to have Geek Squad take a look at it.
