The Product Code was not included in the packaging of the purchased computer, and, not in any of the emails sent to me regarding this purchase. Very Disappointing. Very Very disappointing.

A lot of overkill for home use since all I really need is a good word processor and spread sheet. Would be nice to be able to select features, which should reduce the price thus making the subscription part more palatable.
