Easy to use and download. Just wish it wasn’t a yearly subscription like it use to be.

Still undecided on whether or not I prefer the subscription model for Office vs the physical software since I haven't had to live through a major update yet. That said, the install was quick and easy. I can see being happy when if and when I switch computers and don't have to go rooting through old CDs looking for the product.

A basic necessity with a new laptop or I pad. Best Buy made it smooth and easy. Thank you.

In today's day and age, having the Microsoft 365 Personal yearly subscription is a must! I use all of their programs on a daily basis!

Love this little card it has everything you need for office plus it also has a security for the computer to install too.

Download instructions were easy to follow. I like that the software is multi-platform. I currently use it on Windows that is running on a Mac but I like that I have an option to run it directly on the Mac without having to buy an additional version.

It is essential for my work. I've been using it for years; not sure I am a fan of a subscription over software.

Easier than expected to install. I’m not well versed in computers so had my doubts but it was really simple. The programs are just what I needed.

As someone who has grown up with microsoft office it was a must have for my laptop. Even though google and apple have come up with there own versions of microsoft office nothing can beat the original. The best part is that I have an updated version from what I have been using at work and school which makes things a little bit easier.

I think the new program is outstanding and really helps you run your home office! It’s a must!

I have always depended on Microsoft 365, so no surprise I needed it for my new computer.

I need it for school and it works. Personal one works better than the school one. Like the price for the year as well.

Excellent value. It is exactly what I wanted for my home computer. The salesperson recommended this over a similar product and I am very glad they did!

The camera does not work for ID as far as I can tell and Best Buy tech support was not helpful-- they offered an exchange, but the same problem occurred without a solution. The fingerprint ID is spotty as well. There are no separate Home, End, PgUp and PgDn keys so that the Fn key has to be used at the same time. The only reason I bought this instead of another HP Spectre 360 was that the tech who tried to repair it (after a fall and tea spilled on it) said the optane memory was damaged at the same time as the motherboard and could not be repaired and he recommended the EVO connection to the SSD. Otherwise, the computer works fine.

I purchased the extra ink only to have it on hand, and I have been using the printer quite a bit and have barely used any ink that it came with! And it came with full bottles of ink and not just trial size!
