Now we have to pay yearly to use it...and it is a pain to sign up for with passwords etc..etc... now I know why o just settle for the free programs that do the same thing.

We appreciate your review. We now require you to connect your Office subscription to a Microsoft account so that should anything happen to your computer you can still access your Office products by logging into your Microsoft Account on another device.

The product often freezes

Will most likely have to take the laptop to the Geek Squad. But the associate at the Olympia store was great and helpful.
