I don't like the fact it is a yearly or monthly subscription. Microsoft 2007 was user friendly not like 2010. I only want to use as a word document. .Microsoft 365 didn't open old documents. Why change what's not broken. .it probably works well for others.

I started "subscribing" to Microsoft Office 365 a few years ago. It has made things so much easier. The thing that I actually like the most is being able to back up all of my documents and photos and being able to access them anywhere on the 1TB of One Drive storage. What I like second is not having to upgrade to the newest software because it's already included. I have to say that I have not had any problems with my Microsoft software subscriptions since I have been subscribing. And most importantly, I have not lost one single picture or document in the past few years either as everything is always backed up on OneDrive. Here are some of the other things I like about the Office 365 subscription: Easy to install Includes up to 5 devices Always the newest software Includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote, Acsess and Publisher This is the way to go for your Microsoft software!

Won’t give you a refund even though brand new and unused without a fight!

I bought this during the stay home order and did not receive the needed information to be able to use it. I have made several calls and no one has been able to help me. Waste of time and money

Typical Microsoft. Pricy but usually good quality.

I find that it is so full of information, that it is hard to navigate the features. I like my older version of office better. I can't find some of the most used components easily, such as font size and color, to design business cards.

I didn't sign up for auto renew but Best Buy is attempting.

Geek Squad arrived on time at got to work. Much testing and consulting revealed that the tv had a defective input opening. There was a sound problem with the add-on devices. A new set will be brought. Technician very knowlegable and a great diagnotician.

Same as always. Wish, however, that I could buy a MS Office that didn't have to be renewed--like I used to be able to. Still have problems with formatting Word documents, especially headers and footers.

Expensive and complicated if you don’t know much of what yur doing

I bought a chrome book you sold me Microsoft 365; geek advised me that it’s not possible to install on chrome pc. I want my money back. That goes for the webroot firewall.

The unwillingness to return this purchase that WAS NOT USED is unacceptable.

I still have not managed to download office properly. I really don't understand why we can't just get a cd like we used to. It made me so frustrated

I have been trying to get it in the computer I bought and trying to sign in with the email but it keeps saying I never purchased it with this email. Very frustrating

Honestly wasn’t let I login in . Not sure if it was the new computer I brought or the software . I went today to return it and lost money for defect program

My current office subscription expired so I had to go back and reorder through Best Buy. I installed it many times but it would not work. Finally I talked to Microsoft customer service who fixed the problem for me

New computer sucks so bad I can't use this. Probabaly why they offer it for free. Do NOT buy a computer from BEST BUY!!

The ONLY reason I purchased it was to rebuild my PC which had to be "Reset" losing most of my old software after a malware infection locked it up. Microsoft would not recognize my old key code for an earlier version of Office..

Turns out I didn't need this. I just signed up with them in March. Sent an email back to Best asking what to do but no response. I work over 12 hours a day, I am not able to call.

Customer service was horrible. Getting a refund was like pulling teeth.
