This item has come in pretty handy with organizing and sorting my recipes as well as creating spread sheets and chart to track monthly spending and budgets. The only negative-is the yearly subscription fee.

The product was not very well explained! For my class I am missing some of the pull down menus needed for my projects!

Had been a Windows user for 25 years prior to switching to Mac. Either this switch is the reason for my difficulties in using Word or the problem lies in what seems like non-intuitive software.

can't use as laptop unusable and local BestBuy extremly unhelpful will never buy from BestBuy again

Microsoft must think we are all corporations, but I'm not renewing this product when it expires. Software subscriptions are BS and with Google Docs, who needs this.

Office 365 is a scam unless you want to pay to learn new changes for changes sake with each year's new release and renewal fee. Should have bought Office 2013 at a higer price and upgraded 5 or more years from now. Office 2010 still works fine for me.

Its yet another version of office. Nothing overly special. I was annoyed that Best Buy told me it would be a few hours before it was activated and it ended up being a FULL 24 HOURS. But that is Best Buy not the product.

Unfortunately I am not happy with Microsoft Tech Support. I have not been able to isntall my product due to key product been used and calls keep dropping. No one returns your call.

Terrible download process come on Best Buy y’all are better than this. Only reason I buy thru y’all is bc if the online convenience. This was not an easy process .

Total rip-off wouldn’t recommend buying because it keeps giving all kind of errors and I’m unable to get a refund and no one has helped completely disappointed

I use Excel all day everyday at work. I much prefer it to this Office Suite type package. The shortcut commands for fast keying are not the same. For someone that has never used the more expensive Excel used in most offices, it is perfect.

Hard to get assistance with setting this up. But they have no problem taking $140 from the past two years. A

This was not what I was told it was. I did not like it and returned it to the company. I still haven't gotten my money back and wonder if I ever will.

I purchased this for my son for high school and found out he can just use google docs to do most of his work. I personally like Microsoft products but if he can use google docs and is comfortable with that program that is fine.

Disappointed that this product has now become a subscription service. Disgusting money grab by Microsoft

I will be totally honest I am not 100% satisfied with this purchase. I don't think it was explained to me or I didn't hear. But having a family that uses the laptop as well they don't get to use this feature.

I had Office 2010 and loved it. the new Office 2016 has many changes that I find unfriendly. it takes longer to find something and things have been moved, or no longer there. as the saying goes, if it isn't broken, don't fix it.

I paid for the product when I purchased the computer, when I went online to "renew" it wanted to pay again. I will go another direction, if I have to pay I will buy the other $99 package for 5 computers. Very confusing....

Regarding this programs I do think for the price should be alot lower. It's not something everyone would be using all the programs on it. But for the price should be at 40 to 45 dollars no more than that.
