Login to your Microsoft account, click on Services & Subscriptions, then you'll see options within your account to manage your subscription. I took it to Best Buy, the tech geeks were not able to resolve the problems. I enlisted the online help of MS - which was no help. If your problem does not fit into the predefined choices of possible problems, you are screwed. It was too much of a hassle to get them to understand the many problems. And it is still screwed up. It's extremely frustrating!
