It will not. My subscription is a Home subscription for multiple PCs. This is a Personal subscription. Were I to try to use it, it would invalidate all but one of my installs. Should have known better than to bite on an upsale.

They tried to download and said my data was corrupted. Then a chat came up to fix and after a few minutes I realized I was hacked. It was a fake site. I changed all my passwords and then went to another site and it downloaded. Good product but be careful.

What's on my laptop is on my cell is on the net - right - NOT HARDLY. I spent over 20 hours with MS Support to try to get my laptop Outlook info to my cell and on the net. After the hours one of the service techs finally admitted that they have a server problem. They said it would be a couple of days before it would work. It's been 10 days and still no joy.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
