I was sold on this product because I use Office at work. However I didn't know i was to pay an annual fee to use it. The salesman never told me and I tried returning it. I was told I could not return this item. Pretty disappointing since I wasn't told about the subscription part.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. Just to let you know, you can get the same great benefits of Office 365 without paying for an annual subscription. Switch over to Office 2016 and you'll only pay once for the same great software.

Frustrating

Some things it is real convenient to have networked together but other things I need to have separate but this new system of Microsofts does not allow that separation. Shouldn't have to pay yearly either. Shows their greed.

If you even want a file to not be stored in your included OneDrive account, you can save it to your device instead and it will only be accessible by that device.
