I have used Publisher, Outlook and Word for years. Now its subscription. Outlook has ceased receiving emails. Why? No troubleshooting available. My husband who is a computer professional had a terrible time trying to fix Outlook.

Free with the iPad. Did not installed it so fare....

It's not the product itself, it's the card I was given. The store sticker was on the barcode needed to install the product. I tried to scratch it all off as easy as possible but the last 4 digits were u readable and I was unable to use the code. Not happy.

I would have preferred to get a disc because activating it online was a bit frustrating. I need the programs but I am not sure it is worth the price and frusfrustration. Instead of renewing when it expires, I might go with the free similar programs.

I bought for my grandson on my account, but my son signed his email in on the tablet. I Tried contacting Geek Squad, got no results. So I made an in house appointment to see how to download.??????

Would not download completely. I got it for work and personal use, but it keeps telling me not completely downloaded. I don't know what to do at this point, feel like I wasted my money because I'm loosing my time to use it since it's not working.

Standard faire here. Word, Excel, etc. Microsoft found another cash cow with the subscription business model. Get the customer to pay year after year. Too many other office productivity suites out there that do so much more for much less $$$.

the product I ordered did not have software program.

I did not even install, I do not care for trails..

However I don't too much care for best buys 14 day policy. I purchased and realized I didn't need it. (My school offers it for free) I was not able.to return it. Even though it was unused and in perfect condition (unscratched) on the 15th day.

It's a shame that cost is so high, have to buy 365

I purchased a printer and Microsoft office 365 was included for free. Then after I installed the software a few months later I was charged $69.99 and there's no way to cancel it and it renews every year. I'm very disappointed and frustrated about not being able to get my money back because I don't want this product and you can't cancel, so don't accept free offers because there's a price to pay!

I'm tried to install this one my laptop but couldn't because it showed an "error" due to my laptop having a 64 or 32 bit and so on.....it don't know what to do after that because it really don't know much about computer language. Need help

They invent a lot of new stuff and expect you to automatically know how to use it. Explanations of how to are non existant and when you phone in for help, Microsoft techs want cash up front prior to an answer. Everyone is out for a buck!

I was not aware that this was an annual subscription and would not have purchased it, if I'd read the fine print. Outlook 2013 is not a great product and that's predominantly what my father-in-law uses.

During our Christmas shopping reason, I did buy 2 laptops, One Sony TV , one ipad, hp Mouse and Microsoft office for more than $ 3000 This afternoon I went to return the Microsoft office, but unfortunately Mr. Xavier at Best Buy in greenbrier, chesapeake, VA, Refused to return this item even this Microsoft office package was Intact and I didn’t open it. So, I don’t recommend any body to buy Microsoft office item From anywhere specifically from bestbuy.

I don’t understand how come Microsoft cannnot come up with an affordable version that doesn’t need to be bought every year. Once loaded I should not need a yearly subscription. How much money does Microsoft need.
