I had to go through the activation 3 times before any of the programs loaded. I even got out my old Office Professional 2007 just in case. I have not opened all the applications yet so the jury is still out.

On September 08, I bought an HP laptop in your store, to which I added a Microsoft Office software paying an extra USD 50. A short time ago I returned to my country, Chile, and tried to install my Office to start working on my Laptop, however, I did not succeed, since it tells me that my Office is blocked. I tried to solve the problem directly with Microsoft, their options were to pay again 50 dollars for a new license, travel to the USA to activate my product or contact with the place that the Office sold me to evaluate a possible solution...I still wait for a solution

Confusing to get up and running. It took over a week to get past the sign-on numbers to get downloaded. It took a call to Microsoft to get it running and I think I paid for it ,Twice.

Purchased this subscription with my new HP laptop. When I tried to install I received a message from Microsoft saying that the key code was not active. I attempted installation multiple times with the same results each time. Finally contacted Geek Support, who informed me that they could not help unless I purchased Total Support. The representative I talked to offered to transfer me to someone who could help, but only after I purchased support. Basically, I totally wasted my money on a product that I cannot use - no returns for digital products!

You get an error message that’s gives you a phone number to call. The agent then insists you buy additional security to have your number unlocked. Finally had to go back to Best Buy to get it done.

Returned this due to the renewing subscription cost. If you require these on s regular basis then it's probably worth it, but there are other resources for the avg user, like google docs. Not worth the price to me.

Give me a supporrted product and software equivalent from purchase for three years and compatability with previous version(s). Alright with initial product, but conversion of old(er) docs to new is a concern.

Honestly I was under the impression that this was going to be free office and I was getting a deal, but it is limited to one year free :( then you have to buy it. I could have gotten that through my college.

This product used to be purchasable and should be still at a reasonable price for those of us who only need to use it less than 5 times a year. I hate having to pay an annual renewal!!!

There maybe betters ones out there for a better price. Honestly. It's the only one i have used since I was in school and I got this one because i needed to update mine from 2007

I was advised by the Best Buy salesman that Office 365 would work with the Chromebook I was about to buy. I found that apart from the very basic functions, almost everything else was not available. After further research, I established Office 365 is not compatible with the Chromebook. Partly my fault. Should have read the small print on the packaging which does not say it is compatible with Chromebook.

I gave this a fair review because you can't use it without internet. I use this for a small church that does not have internet access. I think you should still be able to use this program without internet.

I am very disappointed that this program needs to be renewed each year. I thought I would buy it once and be set. Shame on me for not reading the fine print!

The program itself is great just not fair that you have to pay to renew it every year if you want to keep it. Not like before when once you get it you dont have to worry about whether your still going to have it ot not.

If you have a Microsoft account, do not buy this. I purchased this because I wasn't sure if my Microsoft had expired or not and although my receipt shows a discounted price, I did not know it was considered a "bundle" and when I discovered I did not need it, I was not able to return it to get my money back. I was told if I returned both the card & laptop, I may not get the discount I did for my laptop. So now I'm stuck with the card and it's valid for one year - what a waste of money!!

GOT THIS WHEN MADE FIRST PURCHASE, HAD TO EXCHANGE COMPUTER SEVERAL TIMES, FINALLY UPGRADED COMPUTER FOR 116.00 MORE, I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM, AND ONE OF THE CLERKS TOLD ME TO COME IN AND THEY WOULD SHOW ME, I WENT INTO THE STORE AND THE MAN SAID THEY CHARGE TO DO THAT, WOMAN THAT WAITED ON ME AT FIRST, GAVE INPRESSION THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE TO SHOW ME....SO I HAVE A SYTEM THAT IS PAID FOR AND I HAVEN'T LEARNED HOW TO USE YET. SUGGESTION, DON'T BUY IF DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE, AND THEY DON'T SHOW YOU AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

I didn't realize that this product was only good for a year, that I wasn't getting the program to keep. I returned it.

In the course of trying to down load the product a pop up appeared stating the product could not be down loaded and to call a eight hundred number to resolve the issue So I called, it cost me another 130.00 dollars to have the issue removed an the product down loaded to my computer. I will never buy another product like that again. I had to take the computer to Geek squad to go thru computer remove unwanted programs that were installed on the computer by the outfit that dealt with the issues. That left me without my computer for a week. lesson learn.

We were buying a laptop and the salesman told us we could get $20 off Office. Sounded like a good deal so bought it... sales man did not give me the one time purchase card but the one year card! Got home and read the card and was very annoyed and it got taken back! Why pay yearly for something you can buy for the price of a little over two years subscription and get it forever!? Plus the salesman was very incompetent in giving me that to start with!

They make it impossible for you to cancel this after the first year is up.
