THIS SOFTWARE WAS A NIGHTMARE! It took hours of trying to download the software over some 5 days. Repeating screens, non-recognition of entries, and failed attempts consumed my valuable time. I have yet to even try to use the product which I fervently wish I had never bought.

Well i forgot when I even purchased it.. luckly i can double check... Everything was good until I forgot I had a new bestbuy card, then i dint use microsoft for 80_90% of the year. So Then I decided There wasnt much importances on the docs I had made.

Has caused screen errors on my laptop

I can hardly read anything it is so dark. Geeksquad advised to reboot and hold down the brightness+ key while booting up. This usually works but I cannot change or adjust the setting.

So I haven't been able to redeem the code, so for me was a waste of money and the CS from BB just say talk to Microsoft and Microsoft says there's nothing they can do talk to the store. So I am in the middle of nowhere with 50 dollars less. Not a happy customer.

I used to be able to just purchase Microsoft office suite and be done with it however now you have to pay every year for the "updated" version? It sucks but I need it to get through my last years at University so I will grudgingly pay for it.

Microsoft can't replace it and continues to tell me to activate it. I reach Best buy at all and when I finally get a warm body I get disconnected. It there an email or something.....Can someone help me? I hate giving 1 start ratings.
