I am really having a hard time adjusting to the various screen displays and it is just frustrating...

Returned laptop; program was not needed due to laptop internet setup issues

I worked with Word for all Docs and Power Point to create presentations. I never used the Spreadsheet portion much but did built spreadsheets when picking components for an engine build. Great for recording part numbers and make notes on special install procedures. How ever I am Just Soo Tired of having it JAMMED down my throat with every PC, CPU, all software boxes, or SSD,'s. Revolting I purchased OfficeSuite on sale for $25-$35 dollars. JUST LIKE WORD with a few cosmetic changes but you can accomplish creating the same Document with a little getting used to. And the Power Point is Simpler/Plain Better. NO BELLS AND WHISTLES! just creating Documents. What is meant to do, just like Word. It ever converts your Microsoft DOCS to the OfficeSuite document format. And can convert either way for product flexibility.

My daughter spent the money and never used the service. It’s way too expensive when you can just buy the one time windows office for the computer. It’s just as good and only one time payment. She just didn’t need the service only needed windows and excel which is in “office”!

Would be better if its 24 months instead, they could have done better

Although my rating is a 1, Microsoft is wonderful! I give it a one because I don't like being forced to purchase this software every year! I feel that it is my choice if I want to purchase this and use it for the next several years without upgrading. I feel this is a money making decision by Microsoft to force a new purchase yearly.

Unfortunately after having Geek Squad install the software, the computer cannot send email. I have attempted several times to make an appointment with Geek Squad, however, they are always booked up for times I have available. I cannot give a good rating since I cannot use the computer for emails.

Just not a fan of subscription based office products.

Not a fan of the recurring quarterly charge. Otherwise good.

I ask for MS office and was sold this junk. It is worthless. I had to install my old office pro 2007, in order to get by. Not only would I not recommend this but I slam it every chance I get!

I can't get a rid of the auto renew!! I have tried to find a way to turn off the auto renew because I purchased Office 2019. But I can't, following the directions I have been given. It says can't display this page. Same message for over a year!

I hate this subscription thing. Bought the wrong thing

I really cant believe they still rent these programs for a year.

Got it because I was told my old version of Office wouldn't run on the new machine. Old version installed and runs fine with a few quirks. Wasn't worth the price of a yearly subscription.

very complicated to setup and use as compared to Windows 7

rcd email re Office 365 not sure which computer it goes to. Have tried for 1 hour to get ahold of a real person, no luck. THIS SUCKS!!! will stop by the store and see a real person who will tell me to try to google problem.

Should have been easier to download for the laptop.

I'm not a big fan of the Microsoft Office Suite for Mac, but hey, this came with my purchase of an iMac. It was very frustrating getting it installed and took a couple of phone calls to Microsoft. I use the Open Office Suite and web-based applications, and if you are thinking about purchasing this suite, I wouldn't recommend it.
