Felt that the sales representative did very little to explain the product

I purchased thus subscription while on vacation in the USA. However when I tried to input the product key it was not accepted as the merchant did not activate the key when I purchased it. The recommendation was to go back to the merchant but I don't live in the USA

You are told in the store you can upgrade to family at a later date. Not true 3 hours with customer support, best buy, Microsoft, and geek squad. Still have personal account and will pay for a 2nd for family access. BUY direct from microsoft.

I’ve been super happy with Office 365 over the years and take advantage of most the applications in the suite. This subscription has persisted with me even past my time at university due to the sheer convenience and organization that it provides in my day-to-day. First, integration is an important selling point with Office 365 and you get the most bang for your buck experience-wise when you utilize the Microsoft Launcher app for Android and the mobile app suite. Additionally, I personally use outlook.com as my email and calendar service so all useful information is synced over to my phone and easy to see at glance. OneNote is the application I use the most for everything from simple notes, to-do lists, and recipes. The drawing tools are especially useful when text just doesn’t cut it. Recognition technology makes it easy to search through my notes to rediscover an idea I had – it makes an excellent digital diary! OneDrive is the singular cloud storage app that I use – I have my photos to automatically sync from my phone and I utilize it for backing up files on my computer. For the most part all my files aside from PC applications are stored here and thus far the included 1 TB has been more than enough. This is massively convenient for other reasons as I explain later. I don’t find myself using PowerPoint often, but Word and Excel see daily usage for work documents and tracking my finances. The main selling point of the subscription is having the latest up-to-date version along with exclusive features such as the new speech-to-text “Dictate” function. This is only going to get better with the integration of features like Cortana and LinkedIn. Finally, Office also has some great collaborative functions that make it great for working with friends to plan trips and parties. It’s a great tool that makes it super easy to plant events! Circling back to my first point – all the stuff I just described syncs effortlessly to your phone for easy access and on-the-go editing with the help of OneDrive. It has resulted in huge time savings for me when I have the ability to find something right from my phone verses having to go back home to my PC. Overall, I think in terms of features and convenience, Office 365 offers tremendous value and is almost a necessity for productivity in my day-to-day. I certainly could imagine living without it.

Hasn't worked since I loaded on my PC. Even messed with my printer. My PC is old, but before this at least it worked. The only good thing was that it's free for 3 months, I will not subscribe for longer. This is why I hate Microsoft!

Unable to use this program,had hard time in installing the app

Doubt to have tl buy subscribtion. In tje past you could buy the discs.

I purchased ..well my brother bought it for me to help with me for school..anyway I can never find it. There is no icon on my computer for me to click on and do what I need. So I just click into any word doc I have and rewrite. This is not what I was hoping for. I'm not computer savvy..so its very frustrating.

This is not like "Word" that I had nor use elsewhere

would never recommend this brand to any family member or friends.

Tried to load it on my Mac and halfway through the system went crazy and began to load my resident programs at warp speed could not stop. Had to hard crash the mac. I am out of town but will expect this fixed by you when I returned mid month. Shocking. Do not buy this product

I bought this, but the "fine print" says I must have activation code on my receipt. Well, my receipt has no activation code. What do I do with another card sized book mark?

I can't get it to load and keep getting an error message

Not very helpful so far, due to no manual included.

You only get one computer one email and it's ms 365 it is what it is

difficult to navigate or access features used in prior versions of office

Had to go back to Geek Squad to get it fully working

Works well but I'm not a fan of having to be signed in to use it.

came with the new monitor but I don't plan on renewing.
