Best software on the planet! I use all of various suites of software to improve my life. It has enhanced my ability to organize and manage every aspect of my life.

So I bought this product and tried to download. Kept having problems. Called Microsoft and was told that this was a third party issue. Prior to purchase I had the monthly subscription from Microsoft. I was told anything I had on my Computer could not be transferred

It was a pain to install and needs constant updating.

I got with the Yoga and it is slow and unresponsive

This product was suggested to me by Best Buy when I bought my Lenovo chromebook. Not only does it not work, when I tried to return it, they wasted 25minutes of my time and would not give me my money back. What a waste of $70. Unacceptable.

The Geek Squad were great help installing since Microsoft 365 got hung up with old version of previous product. 365 is easy to use and has many features that were not in my non-Microsoft software. The only thing is now it must be renewed at least annually.

There is no improvement in this product, and it is despicable it has to be renewed every year. It took EIGHT HOURS for the Geek Squad to install it. They were nice enough, but there is no excuse for their slow connection and the unpredictability of the software installation.

Have had nothing but problems, geek squad has looked at and every time they do they end up deleting something I needed. Microsoft is no help because I bought it third party (best buy)

Hard to reveal code on back it kept getting scraped off

I wanted the ASUS laptop but BESTBUY forced Office on me. They wouldn't let the sale go thru unless I gave them a credit card number to AUTO RENEW. This really is a bad business practice. BTW, the ASUS laptop is great.

It's a 1 person subscription of Microsoft Office 365. I use it on Windows 11. It contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Drive, and Defender. It's an OK price for a decent product. If you need Office 365 and you only need it for one person, this is your product.

I have had nothing but problems with this contacted Microsoft and they were of no help! I have downloaded this program for it to tell me it’s not on my computer so I am out the money will never buy this product again!

Very good experience finding the right computer, rather laptop for my needs. The salesman carefully explained the difference and he found was right in my price range that was on sale. He also explained things that I could add that was a very reasonable price, and that the Geek Squad could install for me and things I told him I wanted. All the sales people are always so helpful I walk in and tell them what I want and they get it for me. If there’s differences in some items, they explained to me. Best Buy is always my first choice.

Was able to install this software without a problem. Smooth and easy, and it works great. The programs within Microsoft Office are familiar to me since I have grown up using them and have knowledge about them on a PC. This new version of Office 365 on my laptop PC is fantastic. The programs load quickly and work efficiently. I am an at home light to medium user of the Office platform programs. Word works great for me and is so intuitive to be able to navigate and understand. The program allows me to process simple word processing to advanced templates I need for professional looking documents. Excel is great for my purposes of tracking budgets and finances in a simple easy view format. This program allows for so many advanced features that I'm not even fully aware of. I really need to brush up on some online tutorials for unleashing all of Excel's capability. Powerpoint works great for my needs of processing slideshow decks for work related activities. This version of Powerpoint is much better than previous versions I have used about 5 years ago. It allows for smooth and clean presentations and I can make my slides really stand out and keep the attention of an audience. Access is great and took me some time to learn since I don't use it all that much. I can see how Access would be a fantastic database software for business purposes and be able to track so much history and information. Outlook works smoothly and integrated all my emails easily in a simple view. Office 365 is a great suite to make use of business function programs for office or home use. I have truly been enjoying this new version versus the previous versions I have used in the past.

Took my son to college, and went to download onto Mac and could not get it to load with the code that was listed, no customer service available. Had no choice but to have the college download their version, would like a refund.

I didn't purchase it but installed and charged me because I don't know I am supposed to cancel or I don't know how to calncel not to renew. I got charged in this horrible time. I upset . I am bleaming best buy not MS

outlook wouldn't input previous addresses. sometime it sends messages and sometime it eats them making up a group list to repeatedly send to is impossible It took many hours talking to people ion other countries to get it to work and they erased 32 gigs of pictures

I had a way to get Office365 for free through my college but it wasn’t included in the price of my laptop so I essentially paid for it even though I didn’t want to or have to. Plus the program itself is kinda pointless and I don’t like it

If you don't register this within 30 days of purchase good luck talking with customer support for Microsoft to verify. Had the worst time trying to activate the subscription.
