Decided to return the computer and replace it with an apple instead. No need for office with programs there come installed on the app. Google docs also just as useful.

Purchase and Installation was fairly easy and was completed in a timely manner.

The Samsung specialist didn't know this requiring another trip back to store to return software card. Expected more from BB employees.

I was not aware of the subscription and before I loaded it I wanted to get a 1 time purchase version but was told I could not refund it.
