Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear about the troubles. We're not sure if you were having an issue installing the product or if you decided you didn't need it in the end. If it was the latter, have you tried contacting Best Buy support yet? They might have some other steps you can run through to return it.

Terrible with Chromebook
