I had to drive to the store and get one of the geek squad members to assist. This process took over an hour but eventually he got it to work. I actually thought when I purchased the laptop this was included.

Camron came October 7, 2023 and brought my computer up to date and my Seagate 5TB drive made it first backup after all was done and the GB I had were a match to the last backup made September 21, 2023. Bravo Geek Squad
