I wanted a hard drive for my computer that had been hacked and was sold an external drive instead and didn't know it until I got home and opened tne package. I can still use it so kept it. Next I ordered several items online and they didn't ship all of them. Had to go pick them up. Bought the hard drive online and had to purchase the windows program separate after I found it wasn't included in the hard drive. I'm NOT a happy customer and doubt I'll go back to purchase anything else from them.

Great price offer for a full suite of 375. Naturally love the product and built in templates.

I purchased the home version good for 5 computers. When the card wouldn't scan the salesman retrieved another card. It wasn't until I got home and began loading it to the 2nd computer, that I noticed it was for one computer. When we called the store we were told to bring it back in. We live 45 minutes away and have not been back to the store. Great product. Lack of attention to detail by the sales man at the register. He did tells us we were not entitled two free virus protection software, even though we purchased two laptop computers.

Can’t wait to use it when school starts next week.

I needed Microsoft word. Excellent deal on Microsoft 365 personal. Very happy with this product.

Very frustrating experience-talked with 2 different Geek Squad agents & got 2 different answers. Cancelled my Microsoft 365 under Microsoft, which cancelled my 365 under Best Buy? Ended up paying for two 365 packages under Best Buy. Still waiting for reimbursement of one of the 365 packages under Best Buy.

Had no hassle activating my subscription it was quick and simple

Great package for my son's laptop for freshman year college. Microsoft makes a great product.

The Best Buy specification page indicates that this version of Office contains MS Access. It does not. That's important to know (if you want MS Access) because once you buy Office 365 Personal you can't get a refund (even if the product was misrepresented at the point of sale). I would recommend this product to anyone who wants MS Word and MS Excel (and who doesn't mind yearly subscription fees). But I would not recommend it to anyone who wants MS Access (and/or doesn't like subscription fees).

Great Microsoft Word and privacy protection software

Product is of high quality, downloading microsoft program to it went smoothly.

Always useful and fast! There are many applications for the Excel functions.

Wasn't sure how well a Microsoft product would work on a Macbook but it works flawlessly and I love all the new features with the 365.

Microsoft 365 is perfect. I am a book writer, and I definitely needed the software and will definitely purchase it again.

Microsoft office is solid, but not perfect. I wish the buy it outright feature was less expensive.

First time using Office. Pretty easy to figure out. Excel takes a little trial and error but otherwise I find it very helpful. Word is a handy tool to have for everything from notes to grocery lists - makes it easy to get organized!

Not much to say. Bought it for writing. Getting help from Microsoft could be easier.

Wish it came with instructions on how to use each one.
