DO NOT purchase this if anywhere in the product title or description it offers the 15-month promo for a usual 12-month card! When I joined Best Buy Total last year, there was an amazing sale where I could buy a 12-month membership and get an additional bonus of 3 months. However, after 15 months, I was charged $87.49 for the upcoming year. This would be a prorated price with 3 more months added on to the $69.99 price. When I contacted Best Buy, they told me that it was because I would be paying every 15 months. However, my subscription page CLEARLY shows they plan to charge me $87.49 again in 12 months. You may get 3 months for free at some point, but in the future, they will charge you for 3 months that will go to waste and will continue doing this until you cancel.

Sucks and u need to keep updating it and over priced u can get it online cheaper and better.

I already had Office 365 Personal and it was about to auto renew through Microsoft since you never know what to expect with their billing (like Skype charges coming from the UK and getting charged a foreign transaction fee from your bank) I went to buy a prepaid card at Best Buy. It normally costs 69.99 for a year but I noticed on Amazon it was on sale for $61 so Best Buy gave that price through their price match guarantee. Regarding the software, last year was the first time since Office Home and Student 2007 that I upgraded and I love how much more you get now like Outlook, Access, 1000 GB of Onedrive storage and 60 minutes monthly with of anywear minuteswith SKype in addition the the regular apps that come with a nonsubscriptionplan. Plus you automatically get the latest software upgrades while you have an active subscription. Also if you have more than one computer or person in your household you can get Home edition which gives you all the same benefits as Personl but for 5 people instead including 5 times storage for $99.

Summary, if you want to upgrade or renew, nothing but problems with going through best buy. Store employees provided incorrect information, call the customer support number if you want to waste 5 hours of your life. Tried to file a complaint with customer service and asked for case #, they tell you that you will recieve it after you hang up and they will not hang up until you do. Really? I guess they have a script they work from in the offshore call center. Even more bitter considering I purchased a $700 computer also and i was trying to upgrade to family 360. Yes, Iwas trying to give them more money. Needless to say they won, I gave up and I dont have the 360 I wanted but I now know that best buy isnt the store it use to be and I will make sure to spread the word.

Already had Microsoft 365. On-line re-new never worked so I had to call. Spoke to representative about re-newing but instead, he just changed my credit card info and cancelled my subscription. I had to start from scratch and place a whole new order. Unacceptable.

I am so glad that this was recommended to me to purchase with my Mac computer. I use the Microsoft Word and Power Point a lot for my graduate work. This software is a life saver and easy to use. It is definitely worth the money!

Whether I am using a word processor, spreadsheet or presentation software, Microsoft Office is my product of choice. It works seamlessly on both Windows and Apple OS/iOS platforms. There are other features/applications, also, but I do not use them at this time.

I love microsoft office. The item was so easy to download and install on my computer, which works great, although I also installed it on my ipad, It's not as user friendly. It will take getting use to while copying and pasting. Overall a good product.

Happy with this purchase. It has seamlessly transitioned me to my new Surface Pro 3.

It won’t load on my computer. I have tried it around 3 times. Still isn’t on & I’ve had the laptop for a month or so.

The price is perfect when purchasing a new computer. I normally would not purchase Office, but at this price, with unlimited cloud storage with One Drive, you might be a fool not to get it.

We have this on all our computers. Helps for work, especially on the road.

Not a good as my older xps13 and comparatively way more expensive. I haven't had a good experience with bb for years now.

I didn't buy nor requested nor installed this product that came with my laptop. You can get this software trial for free direcly with Microsoft but BestBuy seems to include them with laptops to say it's a "bundle" so if you buy the BestBuy Plus Membership and your laptop lowers its price, they won't apply PriceMatch. Scam

It is an all in one suite, everything you need to work plus a cloud based storage folder which works seamleasly accross devies.

Product is great for my two laptops (PC & MAC) and various tablets and smartphones. All my family uses it. The renewal process is impossible. The past renewal was painful. This second renewal is shaping up to more of the same. There is some communication break down between Best Buy and Microsoft and the renewal indicates that it went through with Best Buy but not with Microsoft. There is all this finger pointing and me just wasting my time. Last year they had to give me a new key code. I have been calling every day for the last three days. Now MS is telling me to get my $$ back from Best Buy and renew my subscription with MS directly. Best Buy is not giving me the call in hot line from.. tell me they need to transfer me to the MS Office specialist and the then disconnect me....
