Only problem is it came with an inactive Product Key code. I spent the afternoon on the phone with BB and Microsoft with no one offering a solution. So angry.

I had a brand new Mac and I could not get simple things like a Word file to open. Outlook is the worst; I had to abandon the calendar function in favor of iCal. Just buy Office outright and save yourself a giant headache.
