Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote work great on my HP Spectre. Love the OneDrive storage provided with subscription. Works well with my iPhone except for Outlook calendar and contacts. You will find many posts online about issues between Outlook and iPhone, and there aren't good, clear support answers to make them work together. Geek Squad to take over my Spectre for a couple of hours to even get initially set up with my iPhone. Also, having to go out and buy an app to manually load my contacts from my iPhone isn't an acceptable answer. Having to do everything in iCalendar is not a good answer either.

It was very easy to install and use the Microsoft 365 on the new computer.

I was already used to this feature with my previous laptop. Easy to use.

It's windows; you need it to be productive. It gives everything you expect. Could you make those spreadsheets and word documents? All is good here.

Love the new laptop and office software but thought I was buying the full software not a yearly membership that has to be renewed.

We received this free when we purchased a computer at Best Buy. Great deal and help make up our mind about the computer purchase. Still getting use to new programs but overall satisfied. Tip: don't scratch the code too hard... we scratched off a few numbers when registering which made it very difficult

It’s a great computer , it’s easy to use and has a great quality with the camera and microphone quality. It also has a great screen quality. It’s a good beginner laptop for those starting out or those starting online class.

Office 2016 is the best all in one program I have ever used. It is extremely powerful and intuitive. The cherry on top is that it comes with one terabyte of cloud storage... Which is very likely all the storage I will ever need. I have yet to find something that Office 2016 could not do.

Keeps popping up after installation for a renewal date of October 2025, installed a one-year plan in August of 2025, very strange.

The product is great. I would highly recommend for computer upgrade.
