Since it couldn't be used with my new laptop I bought the new software and geeksquad installed it or me. What a relief that it is not much difference in the upgrade. Installing the updated version was a breeze. Best Buy emailed me the instructions and I had no issues. It a welcome surprise to be able to be tech savvy.
