Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A Long Time Ago In A Galaxy Far Far Away… There was a time apparently during the period when the Jedi were around doing whatever it is that Jedi do , that the various rising “ Empires “ which produced computers once included this very basic as in ” standard ”software programs with the purchase of a computer . Apparently now that the Empire holds sway they have decided to charge a droids price in credits for very basic software programs . I expect in the not too distant future they might start offering “ optional extras “ such as a battery to power your laptop or perhaps a tower enclosure for your new PC purchase, maybe even an electrical cord to plug into the wall . ( Let’s hope there is not an annual recurring fee for the use of a basic electrical cord ) As to the software itself just as one would expect basic productivity applications they work as advertised , gets the job done .

The salespeople who assisted me during the actual purchase of the HP Laptop and the Geek Squad members who assisted me after the sale to transfer data from my old laptop and explaining the operating system of the new computer and downloading Microsoft 365 and Webroot antivirus programs were all very professional and proficient. I am very satisfied with the entire transaction from beginning to end!

Medium amount of "suggested MS advertising" during install, but not out of the ordinary. Girlfriend likes having the functionality that is similar to her work PC.

Best Buy's part came through as always in an excellent manner. The bells and whistles added to the software I'm still trying to work out, especially Co-Pilot, since I primarily was interested only in Word.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good purchase, One thing to keep in mind when buying for the year, Is you either get to connect your Subscription to one device for a full year or multiple devices but to one account, So like if your student or use it for work, will only allow one account. It can get annoying when having to work on multiple projects at once and have to go back and forth between work and student account, other than that its good price for a year, one less bill.

We are using this on our HP desktop PC (all our other products are iPhones and iPads). Not really happy with the subscription price, but we can't really use our PC without it.
