A perfect match to our new lap top...To us, our laptop would be useless without having this installed on our PC. There isnt any major change from prior versions, and we are still getting used to using this,,and feel in due time will be able to take full advantage what it has to offer

It's a product that we all need that's been completely revamped. Now available on a range of different devices including the iPad and Android tablets as well as their corresponding cell phone platforms. Plus you get a huge 1TB of cloud based storage with MS OneDrive. Super convenient

I wanted to use the iPad for MS Office tools so subscribed to MS Office 365 Personal. Easy to set up and save my files from my old lap top I’m retiring. Looks like this is a perfect solution.

I did not have this on my last laptop and I am still not sure how I survived! Everything I need from work or for my home business seems to come thru a Microsoft program and I couldn't open it without this. Also all of them are easy to use and have templates available where needed.

The software is working as intended. I had some initial issues with Outlook that were very frustrating. In the past I've added an email account in minutes with no issues. However, with this version, it assumed my email account was education or a business and I didn't realize until it wasn't working that was my issue. Once I realized the issue, the software would not allow me to delete the set up and start over. I was on hold with Microsoft literally for hours waiting to get assistance. Once I did get through to a customer service rep, I was able to give them control so that they could delete the incorrect account set up so I could start over. I've been using the software for a month now and have had no other issues.

This is my first time going with the MS 365. Always owned office outright. I researched and when I found I didn't HAVE to be connected at all times and didn't HAVE to store my stuff on the cloud, decided given the pricing to try it out. I haven't used much more than outlook on it thus far, still migrating slowly from one pc to the other (do not want to do the massive dump). It's a bit confusing adding multiple hotmail accounts, but only because I was making it more complex than it should have been regarding pins. Anyway, working well, I've had more grumbles with learning Win11 than this.

I have been using Office 365 for many years. This purchase beings me up to 2025 standards. I bought the standard subscription for a 3-year term but I am being harassed by the Microsoft system to buy a business subscription. I need your customer service to correct this.

Perfect for what I needed at home. Has all the software needed to do work at home.

Couldn’t do my job without this program, I use Word, Excel and Powerful extensively.
