I've always been a fan of Microsoft Office but I don't like the subscription basis. Because I keep each laptop I purchase for several years, the cost of the Office 365 Personal subscription per device ends up being much higher than the Office Home and Student software ($70/year vs. $150 total). But of course, Microsoft has made the high cost unavoidable by stripping the software version of the functionality of 365 (you give up Outlook, Publisher, and Access).

I just wish it were cheaper or maybe even free with the purchase of my laptop is all. I don't use it that often but when I need it, since it is industry standard, it makes life a lot easier having it.

I've used Microsoft 365 for 25 years...Can't find better office tools for creating Newsletters, Spreadsheets, and Personal cards and letters!

It is useful if you have to use those applications for school or work. A bit expensive though for a student like me.

I tried several office programs, none worked with dictate so well. Integration with all programs is extremely easy to learn. The Outlook 365 best way to handle all your emails.

I am glad I purchased this feature and only have to pay a yearly prescription for the bundled software. It has been working for me so far, this been over a month. Worth the purchase.

Ended up buying them because I need these for my job and everyday activities.

I bought my new laptop 1 week before BB's black friday sale & knew I had wanted to add MS365 to it. I stand by my belief that paying for certain programs ANNUALLY is pretty lame. Buy it once, then give us the option to upgrade next yr, or keep original version at a discounted access cost. Anywho, cant fight the system so hold off til they go on sale. It makes the purchase easier to swallow.
