My time with best buy has always been satisfying. I've never had an issue with best buy, or the geek squads work I've received from there.

My daughter loves her new laptop it even converts to an ipad...Runs great!

Works great! I now have the functionality like being on my work laptop.

Best Buy personnel did a very good job in helping purchase and getting loaded to computer.

I'm very comfortable with Microsoft products.....

It makes it easier to assess my documents and I can make use of all the programs available on it!

Needed an update for my computer and i went back to the same office program. The installation was simple and exactly what my computer needed.

Love this product and have used it for years! Easy for the lay person to use and lots of wonderful features.

I like that this program has so much to offer...and I do mean ALOT. It's not like 3 simple programs to pick from, it's a to from each--the variety is great. And the 1TB of cloudspace memory is nice if that's what you want..you're also given 60 min of Skype per month...things like that. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars & not 5 is I hate the fact that this is more of a "rental" program than actually owning it. After 1 year you have to resubscribe..give them your info..again..its annoying and intrusive. I guess I miss the days when owning a program was just inserting a CD, it downloaded & installed and that was the end of it. It was yours forever lol.

This product offers much more than what I expected, since I have been using OFFICE 2010 for many years. I am pleased. Some things are new, but I am catching on.

I am still getting used to the new 365 so cannot give a review at this time.

I love evabout this program. So easy to use. All of my stuff in a place i can find it.

What can I say it’s Microsoft Office 365. It serves the purpose. If you need to open a “Word” document I had no choice.

It was a good experience that went bad but was corrected. I was sold Microsoft for a PCR not an iPad so I had to go back and explain this and it took some time for them to correct but eventually they did! They even showed me how to make sure Microsoft was open on my iPad and ready for me to do my plans on as a teacher. I recognize with covid we are All ( my job included) skipping on training because of the work shortage. I hope all new sales people Realize not to sell software for a PCR to someone purchasing an iPad- all good and overall very happy! Thank you!
