Great product, I bought this online so the set up was sent to me via email. I did not get the email, but once I received my laptop i called customer service and they were very helpful and resent me the email for my Microsoft 365. Easy to install, and easy to use .

It's a great tool to have and use. I procrastinated in updating the new tools on my tablet. Know I really like using this product.

I will never not have Microsoft 365 as long as I own a laptop it definitely has given me so much more options to do my assignments

Wish we would have gone with a larger laptop. Let’s are too close and small for seniors. Monitor is too small as well. However, the laptop itself works well except for a learning curve.

MS365 is great and becomes better every time. No incorporation AI into all the programs it makes a lot easier and more professional.

This is by far the best word processing program available- easy to use and I still am amazed at the formatting optons available- I have been using this for over twenty years, since I was teaching. It is worth every penny.

Bought Microsoft 365 as a bundle with my new laptop. 15 months and $69 I wanted to try it out. I will probably renew when time is up as I really like the Word option, I have another free office app on my old laptop and 365 is so much easier to use. You can put it on 5 devices but my old laptop and desktop have Windows 10 not Windows 11 like my new laptop so it doesn't work as nice on them. Not an issue since I was replacing the laptop because of the Windows 11 so I won't need to use the old laptop and I will be replacing my desktop tower soon so it will also have 11, so then there will be harmony again.

Keep my productivity flowing easy to use and my spreadsheets come out great, 365 Word documents are compatible with my previous word documents I transferred from another pc. My invitations came out beautifully. I can created some amazing powerpoint presentation slides and print them out. I love access for all my keeping files.

The sales tech helped with the buying process and even gave me some insight to purchase a better computer with an upgraded program to fit my purpose

I told Luis exactly what I wanted. He listened to me. He brought me to the computer that was going to work for my new job. Someone actually listened to me. I'm very grateful. Now I need a headset. Guess where I'm going tommorrow . Yup BB.

What would we have done if there weren’t windows and Microsoft Office? Great product indeed.
