I already had a subscription and I was told this would extend it but I haven't seen any evidence that that happened. In addition, I don't think I should have to renew it every year.

Easy to install and works as I need it to. I use at home for personal use.

I love my Microsoft 365 personal 12 month subscription. I use mostly word and excel and still plan on using it on my new Mac .

I recently upgrade my "old" computer that was 8 years old and purchased a new Dell and the upgrade Microsoft 365. Now I was wondering why I waited so long. Love the new features.

The standard in word processing these days. 365 Personal has a wealth of tools most folks will never use (I know I haven't), but it is nice to know they are there if you need them. I'm still old enough to remember getting Word without having to subscribe, so I'm not a big fan of Microsoft for that reason, but since you DO have to use Word (and yes, I've used the free alternatives from the Other Juggernaut out there) as the standard, at least they do keep it updated.

The product (Microsoft 365) seem to be fine and the installation went smoothly, but since the purchase was done at Best But, as opposed to downloading directly from Microsoft, I sadly discovered that neither Microsoft nor Best Buy will accept responsibility for any problems. They just point the finger at each other.

Remember when you could purchase Microsoft Office outright instead of paying for a yearly subscription? Yeah, me too, but I guess that's no longer an option. It is what it says it is, and I will have to be re-purchasing it again next year.

Had no issues installing and setting up. Highly recommend setting up all of the Multi-factor auth to keep you account secure!

Wow the accessories that come with this product make my life so much easier. When it comes to filing or creating documents I have an easy way of getting it done while storing it securely.

I would have actually preferred the business version, but I love MS 365. I work best in word and excel I prefer the documents to those found elsewhere. The 12 month subscription allows me to be able to work for an entire year before having to worry about purchasing a new subscription. This was perfect for me.
