Great to have and was thrilled Best Buy installed it when I bought my new computer!

This product is easy to use and user friendly. I contains everything I need for my personal and professional work.

My son was able to install it and it was so easy to do

365 is great. It's the purchase that went sour. The salesperson told me to subscribe to the individual 365. I did so & when we went to buy another computer, the account was all screwed up. They said we should have never un subscribed to family 365. The switched us back to family. I have no idea now what I'm being charged

I can now do my school work thanks to Best Buy great prices and deals.

At the start I told the agent that I was an old man and computer illiterate. The agent talked clearly, which is unusual these days, patient, understanding and made his suggestions and answers to my questions plain and simple for me to understand. He sounded like he really enjoyed his job and made me feel important. We need more like him these days.

The product seems to work quite well. I purchased the personal version. It has improved a lot.

Microsoft Office is another game-changer. Tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint have become essentials in my daily routine. They make everything from document creation to complex data analysis seamless and professional.

Very useful addition to my computer experience. I will renew when it expires.

Works as designed but as far as using on 5 devices, all devices need the same sign-on.

Bought for my grandsons computer for college does everything he needs

I signed up for Microsoft 365 Personal a year ago and couldn't live without it. Having access to the entire Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a real plus. The 1TB of storage on OneDrive is a huge plus for securely backing up and sharing documents, photos, and videos. The apps are always update, and the compatibility between different devices (PC, Mac, mobile) is perfect. It's excellent value for money for personal use.

I appreciate this being offered. All 3 I will be calling After the holidays to be sure it’s installed. I signed up again for this product because in 2024 I had to use it for my computer when I hadn’t used it for some time I received support and it worked great and I want to thank the technician for their expertise and patience

Set up was easy. Has worked well since we purchased the computer. Great buy for what we received.

Way too many extras whether if just for work ,or pleasure ,to even begin to mention. Simple installation after you use the key codes. And it comes with free cloud storage space, that was a huge bonus. My kids love it for doing homework and extra assignments, you can a lot of zing in the presentations. Other than having to buy the subscription yearly instead of just purchasing it once and using it for a few years, that is the only down side.

Window has been essential for our kid’s schoolwork. My college age son needed his own account and this was perfect.

The Microsoft - 365 Personal Subscription was purchased in conjunction with a laptop. Best Buys offer a discount when purchased with the laptop computer. The price reduction was appreciated as well as the ease of purchase.

Great product. I was able to use the products immediately after downloading.
