I have 2 children in high school, 1 in college, I am a high school teacher and I use Word to prepare Sunday Schools lessons, and my wife uses Word for Bible Study lessons with her ladies group. These software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) are crucial for us. It is well worth the $53.00 dollar per year subscription fee for us to have these applications.

Works as advertised and designed. My only complaint is that I hate that youmhave to pay for it year now.

Perfect package of tools to keep me organized. I can share between computer and ipad easily.

Still finding out all its features that come with the updated software program.

Really nice laptop and the Office Suite was easy to load.

Bought Microsoft 365 as a bundle with my new laptop. 15 months and $69 I wanted to try it out. I will probably renew when time is up as I really like the Word option, I have another free office app on my old laptop and 365 is so much easier to use. You can put it on 5 devices but my old laptop and desktop have Windows 10 not Windows 11 like my new laptop so it doesn't work as nice on them. Not an issue since I was replacing the laptop because of the Windows 11 so I won't need to use the old laptop and I will be replacing my desktop tower soon so it will also have 11, so then there will be harmony again.

Microsoft has been extremely useful to me. I'm currently writing a, soon to be published, book of plays for children. I am constantly correcting and adding to my work using Microsoft! I bought the Office subscription when I bought a new Lenovo laptop. Six weeks in, I was having issues (unrelated to Office) and Lenovo support told me (wrongly, it turns out) that I had to reset my computer to the default settings. After I did that, I mentioned that I was concerned about my Office subscription and Lenovo (again, wrongly) said they could put the 1 yr subscription back on the computer. Instead, they cancelled my existing subscription AND only gave me a 30-day trial. Then Best Buy's Geek Squad emailed me and said that since I had "purchased" an Office subscription from another retailer, I would no longer get Geek Squad support. I called and spent half an hour explaining to Best Buy what happened. They said that even if Office fixed it and got my original subscription back, Best Buy would not provide support unless I purchased, at full price, another year subscription. This is their policy. I asked for a supervisor and, after 23 minutes on hold, I was told he was too busy to talk to me. Office did fix the issue and simply re-installed it on my laptop; the very helpful woman also said they will provide support if needed. Moral of this story: don't rely on Best Buy for support of this product (oh, and don't buy a Lenovo computer).

A Long Time Ago In A Galaxy Far Far Away… There was a time apparently during the period when the Jedi were around doing whatever it is that Jedi do , that the various rising “ Empires “ which produced computers once included this very basic as in ” standard ”software programs with the purchase of a computer . Apparently now that the Empire holds sway they have decided to charge a droids price in credits for very basic software programs . I expect in the not too distant future they might start offering “ optional extras “ such as a battery to power your laptop or perhaps a tower enclosure for your new PC purchase, maybe even an electrical cord to plug into the wall . ( Let’s hope there is not an annual recurring fee for the use of a basic electrical cord ) As to the software itself just as one would expect basic productivity applications they work as advertised , gets the job done .

This 12-month subscription came at just the right time for our community service work, daily communications, writing projects, and computer tasks. Three cheers for this product! It is useful, amazing, and highly recommended.
