I have not had Microsoft 365 for several years and it is a pleasure having it again. It quickly and easily takes care of all my needs. I highly recommend having it and I will not go without it again!

I needed to get word and excel. Works perfect. The updated version is compatible with my computer at work.

It is rewarding to have Microsoft 365to able to do my work whenever I work from home. I love it because it has the programs I have at work in the privacy of my home.

Microsoft 365 is a great deal. My wife uses it a lot. She works for a school, so she uses it every day.

It's a really good computer for the price that I paid. Would highly recommend for a college student.

Clear screen, large, well-marked and well-defined keys. Fairly easy to navigate. Not real big but bigger is not always better. This device works great.

didn't realize this was for a single user instead of family, and I do not need to activate it yet.....as my current subscription is still active. Hopefully I'll be able to activate in a few months and not loose this!

Easy to purchase and set up on my laptop by simply entering code on the store receipt. The set up was very smooth and downloaded quickly. Worked great.

Keep my productivity flowing easy to use and my spreadsheets come out great, 365 Word documents are compatible with my previous word documents I transferred from another pc. My invitations came out beautifully. I can created some amazing powerpoint presentation slides and print them out. I love access for all my keeping files.

Most of us can’t live without Outlook once we start using it. It’s the easiest email program. And it includes word and excel. So good.

Great product. Very helpful. Would love for it to be included with the purchase of new PCs. Promotion at the time of purchase was greatly appreciated

I bought the Office subscription when I bought a new Lenovo laptop. Six weeks in, I was having issues (unrelated to Office) and Lenovo support told me (wrongly, it turns out) that I had to reset my computer to the default settings. After I did that, I mentioned that I was concerned about my Office subscription and Lenovo (again, wrongly) said they could put the 1 yr subscription back on the computer. Instead, they cancelled my existing subscription AND only gave me a 30-day trial. Then Best Buy's Geek Squad emailed me and said that since I had "purchased" an Office subscription from another retailer, I would no longer get Geek Squad support. I called and spent half an hour explaining to Best Buy what happened. They said that even if Office fixed it and got my original subscription back, Best Buy would not provide support unless I purchased, at full price, another year subscription. This is their policy. I asked for a supervisor and, after 23 minutes on hold, I was told he was too busy to talk to me. Office did fix the issue and simply re-installed it on my laptop; the very helpful woman also said they will provide support if needed. Moral of this story: don't rely on Best Buy for support of this product (oh, and don't buy a Lenovo computer).

I wouldn't be without it on any device. I haven't on my ipad pro and my two other computers. It gives me all the professional documents I need to do my work.

It has been 8 years since I retired and used MS office regularly. I have to say that this version has many upgrades and is very easy to get reacquainted with. I am very happy with my purchase of this product.

Switching from Microsoft 365Pro (work furnishded platform) to 365 personal due to retirement seems seamless & all apps inside Personal meets my needs

I definitely recommend this. I could’ve got the one from school, but I decided to get this one that way I had it on my own and I’m really glad I got it.

Wish that I didn’t have to pay to use Microsoft 365 services, but I got the plan cheaper with my laptop purchase, so I’m at least grateful for that. The codes worked as intended, the staff at Best Buy were super helpful and professional, and I am completing work and school assignments easily now. I am satisfied with the quality of my purchase either way. Again though, I still wish I didn’t have to pay for services that are the same as Google’s services. They do almost the same thing, just with different purposes and different unique features to each of their respective services. (Only Google’s is FREE!!!)
