The clarity and ease of the customer service was noted with this subscription. It took less than 5 minutes to upload on to the computer. Again, the customer service was there for us. Consider keeping Microsoft 365.

Once this product was installed, I liked the easy of using it. It contained many helpful features that made my workload lighter. i encourage everyone to consider purchasing this product.

This laptop is very easy to use I was able to add the printer to laptop after I installed the new driver. I was able to print with ease now I have add the scanner to my phone

If you're a student or working proessional, you'll likely need Office 365. It comes with all the apps you'll need (Word, Excel, PPT, etc). I installed this on an old PC laptop and recently had to move it over to the new one, but it was easy to do by just signing into my office account. A great feature on the new software that makes things easier.

I bought this 365 office for 5 devices it worka in all of them. Its great.

My daughter needed a new computer for her senior year. She was taking college courses and applying to 7 of her wish list colleges. The gentleman suggested adding Microsoft 365 to help with all her upcoming assignments and it was a game changer! It helped her write some impressive application letters and in less than a week she received early acceptance letters from 4 of the colleges!! We are so thankful to the Geek Squad for helping make her dream a reality!

Works as advertised and designed. My only complaint is that I hate that youmhave to pay for it year now.

Alrhough i have not used this card yet, it came free of charge when i purchased a Lenovo Legion 7i Gaming Laptop. This will come in use when I need to use Microsoft office for work or other things. Love that it was included.

I had to order a new copy of MS 365 after a problem with a previous version. Best Buy's part came through as always in an excellent manner. The bells and whistles added to the software I'm still trying to work out, especially Co-Pilot, since I primarily was interested only in Word.

I like being able to use all the Microsoft apps on both my lapop and iphone, I can work an a Word doc or a Note on my iphone and pick up where I left off on my laptop. This subscription gives you the latest versions, which is nice. If you like staying up to date, it is probably cheaper to pay for this yearly and have the latest versions than to buy Home or Student and have to purchase a new one, over $100 and not as inclusive as this subscription.

Had a older version 4 years old prior to installing Microsoft 365. A lot of changes for the better. Everyone should have 365 installed on at least one computer. Easy to use. One mistake I made was not purchasing Microsoft 365 when I made a computer at Best Buy. My suggestion to everyone who uses an office program of any kind to purchase Microsoft 365 when you make your next computer purchase. You will save $20.00. Good purchase with no regrets.

Was difficult to install but works well. Best Buy handled the last part of installation for me in about 3 minutes. Works fine with old files so I am quite happy with it.

I travel and use word and excel and PowerPoint all the time. 360 has done everything I need to do my job.

The format is different from Microsoft on my previous computer, it’s taking me some time to navigate through it all and learn “newer” features, but I am learning new and improved ways to create, save, and share various documents.

Just downloaded these applications and so far they are an easy to use on this laptop.

We're very happy with our Dell computer. It is light to carry and doesn't take much room. Works great and fast. It is also a quiet desktop.

Microsoft office 365 is a good product with a good price and is user friendly and easy to install.
