I'm not sure how to review this Microsoft 365 since I don't use it heavily. It has everything that I'm accustomed to having with my older version, but just a bit nicer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish I didn't have to renew my subscription every year. My last version, I just inserted the disk and downloaded it, and didn't have to worry about paying any additional money for 11 years.

I use Word product for most of my writings. It is easy to understand

I needed word, excel etc and covers what I need. What I don't like is that you have to pay every year instead of owning it out right.

I like it, I like that its compatible, somewhat easy, full set, and priced well, renewable..... I already recomended it before I even got it.

I’m glad I bought the Word & Excel programming software as I couldn’t do without them. I do a lot of spreadsheets and write a lot of letters.

I have already used several of the apps, including the Word, Excel, Power Point, and OneNote, and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I purchased the Microsoft 365, mostly for the Microsoft word feature, and have used it many times since my purchase. You can use the Copilot or remove for free text. Great product and I use consistently.

Since I retired I have joined community and family events. I use my working skills to help put together various events. Microsoft personal is inexpensive and just what I need to document and track progress. I bought this product last month after my computer crashed and received it a couple of days after ordering.

I like this way of getting Microsoft Office each year instead of purchasing a new one every few years. It is much more convenient for me as a senior citizen

I used these products when i worked and now that i am retired they work the same.

Microsoft has always been a part of my computer experience. Still getting use to the new formats, but I'm learning. Like all the changes.

Great apps on Microsoft 365. It is worth the yearly subscription

we have had this plan for years and have been pleased. The folks at the Geek squad are not just geeks, they are also patient and kind people and don't make non-techy people feel stupid

I have to use Word because it's an industry standard so I got the subscription but I'm not really happy about it because 1) it's only for one year and in the past a program could be purchased and used for as long as possible and 2) I hate outlook and I don't even know what One Note is for (and if it's for scheduling or organizing random thoughts, I've already got other apps to do that and they were free apps).

Take care of all your basics. Easy to use. You won’t regret it.

We all know Microsoft is an essential tool for delivering quality work, and it definitely lives up to what it promises.

The top icons are not the same, but I'm slowly moving things around to appear more like my old version of MS-office. All is operating well on my new laptop.

Wish that I didn’t have to pay to use Microsoft 365 services, but I got the plan cheaper with my laptop purchase, so I’m at least grateful for that. The codes worked as intended, the staff at Best Buy were super helpful and professional, and I am completing work and school assignments easily now. I am satisfied with the quality of my purchase either way. Again though, I still wish I didn’t have to pay for services that are the same as Google’s services. They do almost the same thing, just with different purposes and different unique features to each of their respective services. (Only Google’s is FREE!!!)
