Still can't find the icon for it in my apps. The program itself is great, especially after not having one at all.. not so happy it expires in a year.

I bought a new computer for the first time in several (5+) years so everything seems nice. Office has worked fine so far and its ease of use now compared to my old computer is easy to learn.

Microsoft 365 definitely need this for my new computer. Makes it more effective for me to save work directly to computer.

Its a very nice device. I love it!! The sales person was very helpful.

So far so good, seems intuitive and is fairly simple to catch on. I don't like the fact that it has changed to subscription based and has to be renewed each year, other than that is okay.

I looove that Best Buy has so many options to include in your laptop purchase. I have to have the Microsoft suite for work and the 15 month subscription is a god-send. That's one less thing I have to worry about or keep track of while I'm setting up my new laptop!

Microsoft 365 has every program that any student will probably need. Pros: cheaper, has all of the programs, will have the newest version at a fraction of the cost cons: have to re buy yearly

I always give you five stars, but this time I have not had my issues resolved and had to go to an independent agent. Disappointing as the Geek was to the house and fixed certain ones, but now on vacation, I am looking for someone again. It took me lots of calls as booking on line was not possible for me but ended up talking to India where an lovely lady booked my helper for days out. It seemed awfully complicated for a small thing. The IT man I hired later accessed in and helped me in seconds.

I bought this Office 365 on the same day that I bought my Dell laptop! I installed all the Office on my laptop and I didn't have any problem to do it! In each step you need to do, the Office will help you and I did by myself! I'm so glad that I did because I didn't need to spend $40.00 to pay someone to do this service for me! I love Microsoft and this Office 365 is very good!!!

It’s been much more difficult to use than expected. The navigation controls for everything are substantially more difficult that my prior version and not intuitive at all I’m still struggling to make the transition ussing it just for mail and most often opt to read mail on my iPad which has very intuitive navigation controls.

Seamless update. Worked as I expected. I would recommend this product!
