I purchased with a new laptop, and it seemed to come already installed -- even though I kept receiving emails to install it. So I'm not sure I needed to purchase it?? Customer service couldn't help me find the answer.

He is headed to college and needs these programs for his classes. He has all summer to learn and Best Buy support is unparalleled. Very happy.

Most of these programs are available for use with this subscription on 1 PC, 1 tablet, and 1 phone, along with the standard 1 TB cloud storage (MS Onedrive). If you've used office before, you know what to expect from this--is you haven't, you probably don't want it.
