I love the program itself and it does everything that I need it to do PLUS some!! My only complaint is this...a lot of programs are making the switch to digital download and in doing so, they have started charging a fee up front and then after a year, you have to purchase the program all over again. Well what if I'm happy with the version I have and don't want to upgrade? In order to continue using it, I still have to purchase it again. I wish these companies would stop doing that! If I purchase a program, I should be able to continue to use it until I choose not to! If I want to update it then fine, I understand paying extra to update, but if the program is functioning and doing what I want it to, I have purchased it and own it, don't make me pay for it again!

The Best Buy worker who sold me the Microsoft suite was kind and walked me through how I would install everything and made sure I knew exactly where the product code was that I would need. Would definitely recommend adding it to your computer!

I tried out Excel, Power Point, and Word. Also, has Windows Defender. So I don't have to buy Norton. Also has One Drive storage.

It has performed all tasks required of it. 4 stars instead of 5 because one key stuck a little when we first started using it.

It comes with all the apps you'll need (Word, Excel, PPT, etc). I installed this on an old PC laptop and recently had to move it over to the new one, but it was easy to do by just signing into my office account. A great feature on the new software that makes things easier.
