||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the annual membership and I had the Geek Squad put Office 365 on my new computer, I am not very familiar with Office and have not used the cloud. When I got it home and started to run Office, I had to learn on my own. I received no instructions from the Geeks at the store, and I had no tutorial. I had to call the help line to get started. As I learn and become more familiar with the program it is getting easier to navigate. I wish they had included more info initially with the purchase. If you buy this program and have it installed I recommend that you ask questions at the store, especially if you are new to Office and the cloud.

I teach college classes and I couldn't do my job without 365. The Geek squid advised and loaded in no time. It is great to work with professionals we can trust.
