    I am impressed with this. Iit is very easy to navigate. This along with the new device has been nice. I have received a few pop of virus saying Microsoft error notifications that lock up my computer but according to Geek Squad they are false but I don't they should be getting though

    I like being able to use all the Microsoft apps on both my lapop and iphone, I can work an a Word doc or a Note on my iphone and pick up where I left off on my laptop. This subscription gives you the latest versions, which is nice. If you like staying up to date, it is probably cheaper to pay for this yearly and have the latest versions than to buy Home or Student and have to purchase a new one, over $100 and not as inclusive as this subscription.

    Had a older version 4 years old prior to installing Microsoft 365. A lot of changes for the better. Everyone should have 365 installed on at least one computer. Easy to use. One mistake I made was not purchasing Microsoft 365 when I made a computer at Best Buy. My suggestion to everyone who uses an office program of any kind to purchase Microsoft 365 when you make your next computer purchase. You will save $20.00. Good purchase with no regrets.

    Excellent sales service when selecting a new laptop -- I believe the name of the salesperson at the Prescott AZ store is "Bobby" (an Enbry Riddle student. The salespeople who assisted me during the actual purchase of the HP Laptop and the Geek Squad members who assisted me after the sale to transfer data from my old laptop and explaining the operating system of the new computer and downloading Microsoft 365 and Webroot antivirus programs were all very professional and proficient. I am very satisfied with the entire transaction from beginning to end!
