I am happy that the basic items hv not changed in order and location. There are so many other items added that i hvnt checked out and looking forward to it. One great feature is 1 tr cloud space. This gives me safety in case something happens to computer. Great

I can create flyers and other materials needed for my business. I have to sign in to save my docs. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be this way (reason for 3).

The salespeople who assisted me during the actual purchase of the HP Laptop and the Geek Squad members who assisted me after the sale to transfer data from my old laptop and explaining the operating system of the new computer and downloading Microsoft 365 and Webroot antivirus programs were all very professional and proficient. I am very satisfied with the entire transaction from beginning to end!

Most of the programs we keep our important informaton in are Word and Excell files and on our desk top for quick access. A must have for life management. Kudos to the Geek guys for the quick install.

Details re specific apps in this version hard to find, even Best sales could not find. Now -- wonderful, this version has all of Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Word, Access, Excel, Visual C++. Updates are automatic, so it is truly worth the cost.
