Ease of use, adaptibility with older versions is of premier importance. First S/W that was auto-renew that I've purchased. I can see the financial advantage for Microsoft but I wish it was my idea when to renew.

I needed to get this software in order to make my work process that much easier. I am using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for work and personal business and recommend anyone purchasing this or any other laptop to alsoadd Office 365 personal to there purchase. It will make your life easier.

Great must have hous3hold product fo4 all devices. Our family cant live witgout it.

Had to get IT help to install/activate. Unable to save/locate a document, in the way I have become accustom, so not finding it very user friendly.

Wish we would have gone with a larger laptop. Let’s are too close and small for seniors. Monitor is too small as well. However, the laptop itself works well except for a learning curve.

My Microsoft 365 is very useful and easy to install.

Microsoft office 365 is a highly added bonus for a new computer.

I use Office 365 Personal primarily for word processing. I started writing a book on a Windows platform. Afterwards, I migrated my work to an Apple computer. MS Word has a similar look and feel on both systems with two exceptions. I often find myself needing to use the Apple Desktop menu in conjunction with the menu that comes with MS Word. Also, the Table of Contents on the Apple computer gets a little wonky at times; it fades out, but eventually recovers. These are system or migration issues, not a critique of the product. In that regard, I could not find another Office systerm that rivals M.S. Word or Outlook. Word is easy to learn. It has styles (headers) that facilitate good formating. In addition, the developers at Microsoft are continually improving - or adding to - the features in Outlook email. I cannot offer a fair critique of the Excel Spreadsheet or the PowerPoint presentation designer, since it's been over a year since I've used them. I can only say that I would rate the Numbers spreadsheet for Apple and their Keynote presentation designer superior to both Windows products, if Microsoft hasn't made any significant improvements in their products over the past year.

I bought this when I got my new HP PC. It is great for creating charts, graphs and word documents I use it all the time and love it.

Perfect package of tools to keep me organized. I can share between computer and ipad easily.

User friendly and easy to download the Microsoft 365 package. Works great on my MacBook! Reminder emails were appreciated from Best Buy to go in an activate or download the package. I recommend purchasing the Microsoft package 365 with any computer purchase.

Was apprehensive at first, but now super satisfied after easy installation and rapid, efficient 24/7 tech service. Details re specific apps in this version hard to find, even Best sales could not find. Now -- wonderful, this version has all of Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Word, Access, Excel, Visual C++. Updates are automatic, so it is truly worth the cost.

Great program that I continue to use each year. It’s great for anyone but especially for a teacher with a lot to do.

I have only used Word and Excel so far. They are very useful. I compose letters and an Excel spreadsheet which i use to keep track of my expenses.

So glad for this product because as a teacher I have access to everything I need
