It has been YEARS since I last bought a new desktop computer... like at least 10, maybe 15...? when we purchased our new Dell 27 all in one, the sales lady was nice enough to let us know we would probably want this. We also set it up to bring in our old PC so they could transfer all my data to the new one. When I went to pick it up, the nice lady in the geek squad reminded me I didn't yet purchase the Microsoft 365. So, obviously, I did that and everything is working great. I've been very satisfied with my purchases and experiences at Best Buy.

MS 365 is a quality software. I'd like to say more but it is costly when it shouldn't be...they are making a fortune off of it.

I got this when it was on sale. It was a good deal and I enjoy using all of the features. My only dislike is that you have to purchase it every year.

It's a really good computer for the price that I paid. Would highly recommend for a college student.

I have always used the Microsoft suite of products. Microsoft 365 performs as expected.

Best products ever. Word, Excel, outlook just to name a few. Also, great security features as well.

At the start I told the agent that I was an old man and computer illiterate. The agent talked clearly, which is unusual these days, patient, understanding and made his suggestions and answers to my questions plain and simple for me to understand. He sounded like he really enjoyed his job and made me feel important. We need more like him these days.

It is fine and very good to use with Mac, good speed and support all software, but i have problem with add my printer Brother DCP 1510W, i can not use this printer with new mac.

I am so happy that the salesperson recommended adding this for my computer. It has everything I need.

I bought Microsoft 360 for the software included and the excellent price. Even though it's an annual subscription, the price was cheaper. I wanted software that I could use on both my computer and my tablet so the Microsoft 360 Personal really fit the bill. So far, the programs I know how to use have been really easy to work with. You just can't beat the price!

This was bought to go on a friends laptop i also bought her, so i dont know much about it

Microsoft Office has been good in the Support from Best Buy is even better

This is the first time I have had to purchase Microsoft Office with a new computer purchase. I don't like the fact that it does not come already installed. I don't use it often, but need it occasionally so I would use the free online version when needed. I will probably do the same once this version expires.

Easy to use . I was able to add it to my computer with no problems . love Microsoft, 365. I used it on my work computer and loved it.

Can't live without this tool suite. It's indispensible.

I purchased this when I bought a new computer, The only thing that I do not like is this is a yearly subscription. But I can deal with that, This is an amazing piece of software cause you can do a lot with this.

I love this product!! It allows you to use so many platforms whether it be for school, work, or even personal use. I'm so excited for all to try it out!!

I'm glad I purchased the Microsoft 365, I haven't yet fully used it, but happy regardless and it will be available to me when I need it.

Needed office to creat tests, memos, etc. so works as expected. Wish I remembered NYCDOE teachers get for free, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my money. But it's nice to be able to work on documents from PC or on iPad. Hopefully Microsoft is still offering for free next year...
