I bought this product because I am trying to update my software. I have heard a lot of good things about this, have used Office Pro2013 and 2016 in the past. Self-learning this product so one day I can get proficient at it especially with Teams. So far, so good.

For years, I was like I’ll never pay an annual subscription for Office, but I love Microsoft 365. OneDrive had me sold. So easy to use and continue my projects on another device.

Easy to work, helpful and handy. It was easy to instal, and it helps with my job and other activities that I need, I would recommend since it’s easy and handy when it comes to school, work or personal paper, projects and even to plan a party or several events.

Really like that I can download from Microsoft's website and not have to use any type of CD-ROM. Easy to navigate and downloaded everything I wanted in just a few minutes. Definitely helps that when purchasing a discount for the subscription is applied. Very helpful.

I use this program constantly at work. From word documents to Excel spreadsheets for work. It is super easy to use and navigate and would recommend this to anyone that has used Microsoft programs in the past. Super excited!!!!

I've come around to using the monthly subscription. Great value and always up to date. No need to keep box, etc.

I am going to assume it will ok, I haven't had chance to use it yet. I just picked up my computer 2 days ago.

365 is great. It's the purchase that went sour. The salesperson told me to subscribe to the individual 365. I did so & when we went to buy another computer, the account was all screwed up. They said we should have never un subscribed to family 365. The switched us back to family. I have no idea now what I'm being charged

It’s Windows, what do you expect? It is only a year subscription per one, but the price is the price. I’m not even sure what happens if you do not renew every year, but novice users cannot operate without Windows.

I have only used Word and Excel so far. They are very useful. I compose letters and an Excel spreadsheet which i use to keep track of my expenses.

I had Geek Squad load onto my new computer. They were fast and efficient. It includes every program I need so it’s worth the money for the subscription and updates!

I appreciate this being offered. All 3 I will be calling After the holidays to be sure it’s installed. I signed up again for this product because in 2024 I had to use it for my computer when I hadn’t used it for some time I received support and it worked great and I want to thank the technician for their expertise and patience

I tried "saving money" and switching to the free google drive and docs, didn't work in professional settings. I got frustrated and finally switched back to Microsoft. Life just functions better with Microsoft!

I wanted the physical disk. I wanted it all self-contained on my computer like the old days. But this has worked great. I'm not crazy about the annual subscription, but I haven't assessed the potential benefits. This works great.

I would have actually preferred the business version, but I love MS 365. I work best in word and excel I prefer the documents to those found elsewhere. The 12 month subscription allows me to be able to work for an entire year before having to worry about purchasing a new subscription. This was perfect for me.

This is a great package. It has everything I need for both business and personal use.
