    Installation was a snap, although getting Microsoft to activate license and forcing you to set up an Outlook email was a pain. Word is fine, but Excel is clumsy. Overall good value for what I use it for.

    I purchased 365 Microsoft for the outlook mail server on it also for Excel and Word. These are the programs that I use all the time andI feel like they are the best for what I need.

    So far so GREAT in using my Mac Air laptop. Kudos to John for his help in my reselecting a more appropriate device. He proved to be an excellent computer customer matchmaker. The geek squad was very professional in the data transfer, Matt kept me abreast of the progress (molder computer was dying and the transfer was slow) and gave me a good startup lesson when I went to pick up the device.

    Great laptop for home plus it comes with intel core i5 processor. Try and find a laptop under $600 with a i5 processor. this is not a top of the line laptop by any means but it is a good solid performer for the person who wants a laptop, reasonablily affordable and just doing basics like connect to internet, pay bills, email...etc
