I've owned every Office edition since they first came out. I've used up 5th Office install and when I bought my new laptop, I bought the new Office 365. Love all the new updates.

I have been a 20 year user of Office. I switched from WordPerfect in the mid 90s and have generally been a fan. Since I am a writer/teacher I primarily use Word but the other programs in office are employed as well. I have been able to do quite well without buying the newest version everytime MS wants to add to their bottom line by introducing a new "upgrade." The subscription model of Office 365 takes that option away and forces the user to buy what MS is selling just to provide a constant revenue stream to MS. Yes I can purchase the stand alone product but all of the support from MS seems to flow to Office 365. The long and the short of it is that I am test driving open office alternatives and I am very close to simply moving away from MS Office altogether.

Too Many Changes I do not see the value in all the changes and organization and presentation of tools in Word 365. The changes made simple tasks more complicated with additional steps that weren't previously required. After using previous versions of word, this version may appear intuitive to the developers, but as for me, the end user, I am extremely frustrated. I went to the local library for help and even frequent users of word had difficulty navigating processes that used to be obviously simple. I suggest that there is a mode selection that allows the end user to view and use word in a previously released and familiar version. I have talked with several of my friends who have the same complaints. I have been using versions of word for 15 or more years and this is the worst release to date.

Worked great. Easy to install. I would go with the lifetime subscription for $70 more. This was a gift or else I would have gone with the other. Even only using 3 years of it would pay for it self.

its really good if you're working with having to save alot of docs though I did have a bit of an issue redeeming the code for it.

Canceled this got the family pack but was still charged for this ..no refund and have spoke and emailed several times. Besides that it is a good product but customer service is not good.

I bought this product when I purchased my new laptop recently. I installed the program onto my laptop but ended up having to factory reset my laptop so I lost the installation of Microsoft Suites. When I called for assistance with re-installing, the customer service rep was extremely patient and helpful! I love the Microsoft programs!

It does everything you need it do and it is easy to use.
