Nice big screen but the stand needs to be shorter.

Great software. Came with my lenovo computer I ordered in May. I've been using this for three months and I'm very happy with it.

This is a great subscription to have. It's a "Personal" one but I use it for my personal documents and for my business.

After buying a new laptop the Geek Squad was suppose to install Microsoft 365 Family NOT the Personal version, and did NOT install correctly. I ended up spending 2hrs on the phone with 10 different "specialists" who said it was fixed, and was NOT. They also lied about ending the remote control of my computer. So I spent another 2 days in the store trying to get the problem fixed. Finally on the 2nd day after another 2hrs they finally installed the correct Microsoft 365 Family version. Very frustrated and disappointed in there service especially after the amount of money I spent buying the new laptop to begin with.

Excellent customer service from multiple employees. They was very informative and answered all my questions.

I love this. Only thing that I don’t care for is that when there is an update it asks to sign back in. Or maybe it’s me? Oh well I like the new things that are on there and that you can save it to drop box and some other thing.

Little pricy and would rather just pay for word and just have it live on my computer then have a subscription and pay all the time.

Great product. All features work great. I love the PowerPoint update with layout features. All the apps are usable.

Excellent pricing. The Geek Squad loaded the Microsoft 365 software for me and tuned up my computer Love those guys!

It takes a long time, sometimes over an hour, to get a person the telephone. Also, the information provided states 24 hr, 7 days per week. I have called and it stated it closed at 8Pm. Whats up????

This is a great product ,without it you are excluded in most of the business community besides other benefits like email, agenda,contacts and all you need to stay in the loop.

Love the Microsoft 365 Personal 15-Month subscription and auto renew. Got it activated.

It’s not bad for a subscription for Microsoft Office. Still prefer owning instead of buying a prescription.

Since I'll be using Microsoft for Work, this is great for me. Able to use a Spreadsheet easily.

Office 365 is easy to download as well as exceptionally easy to use. The step-by-step instructions given after logging on to the Microsoft site made installing the program "a piece of cake." The download and installation is pretty fast and the programs are immediately ready to use. I loved that!!
