Finally upgraded from Windows 2013 to this subscription based cloud capable account. So far so good! I’m psyched to finally start saving stuff in the cloud and not be terrified of my laptop dying anymore.

This comes with all the Microsoft office programs I needed and was quick & easy to download to my PC. The Best Buy associate I purchased this from was extremely helpful in guiding me through the instructions over the phone.

Microsoft always makes a good Office Suite. The only thing I don't like is now it's a subscription based system. I guess it was going to come down to that sooner or later. I guess they have to make money, thou I'm sure Microsoft isn't in the "poor house" by any means. But I love Microsoft Office.

A must have for work, school or business! Word is so versatile and would definitely recommend!

The problem I encountered had to do with the transfer of data and programs from my old HP Envy PC to the new HP Pavilion PC. In particular the transfer of my Outlook system (emails, contacts, calendar, etc.) was very flawed and after spending several hours with two members of your Geek Squad their suggestion was to call Microsoft and see if they could help me. I'm still dealing with the consequences of that botched transfer. There were issues with other data such as all of my photos were transferred twice with a name suffix of ",old" appended to each file name. I had to carefully manually delete 20K+ duplicates to fix that problem.

Don't leave Best Buy without your copy. The 365 Personal Microsoft suite has every application needed to run a home and small business.

This lap top is user friendly and light weight. Has a pretty good battery life. I wish it would have come with a cover.

Microsoft 365 is the best program software to ever have. what better way to use multiple programs for various services.

So universal through macs and other computer brands. Why wouldn't you get this. I especially love the versatility to use on my iPad when I'm on the go and need a quick update to my documents.

It's the same products we've all grown up on but now you get to pay for it every year. Software is still good but the price is not.

I've always used Microsoft Office, but my last subscription was purchased through another vendor and I had problems when it was time to update. Geek Squad installed this one for me on the spot and I haven't had any trouble since. Hopefully I won't when it comes time to renew! Though I use gmail for my emails, I keep Microsoft Outlook available for two reasons: When I am typing in a different language, their spell checker automatically recognizes it and adjusts. Secondly, if I am ever without internet, and can still read emails I have previously downloaded and type responses which can be sent out once I get online - a great time saver.
