It is different from what I am used to so it takes me longer when I am trying to do something. That, I'm sure, is only due to user's lack of knowledge with this updated version of Microsoft office.

The program is expensive for a package that you won't use fully. I only use WORD DOCUMENTS since Laptops document app is not upgradeable.

The program has become a bit bloated over the years, and it sucks that you have to pay an annual fee to use it, but it's still the gold standard in word processing programs.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. I have to say that I'm not happy that I have to pay early I think it should be maybe every 2-5 years for renewing, as I don't need a change early. I would also like to have the military discount back.

However, I find it more difficult to find and access my old documents and spreadsheets. Also, I had to call the Geek squad to help me install the product

It does but it is still not word on a regular computer. I like that it comes with 1Tb of online storage. However, I do not like that you have to pay an annual fee to keep.
