Love the warranty that was easily purchased for laptop. This is my granddaughter’s item, so we knew we would need it.

I was not able to download the office 365. I have called the greek squad 7 times

Happy with my purchase of Microsoft office. I have used the applications for college daily.

I like having these programs to use to keep track of different things or make projects easy and fun.

This has a feature on it that checks your computer for viruses. You dont have to have 2 separate programs.

I think it is worth the subscription for having a peace of mind knowing support is available

Office 365 is a product I need for my professional life. It seems to still be accepted/required as the primary mode for sharing information. That said, I really miss the home/student version that I purchased outright and did not need to pay for each year. I do not want to have ongoing updates that make me wonder what happened/changed! I feel I am being overcharged by paying annually for a version I do not prefer to the old one. Would really like the option of staying with the older, less expensive version. That is the version I would recommend to a friend.

I was hesitant to get office 365, but it is cheaper than buying the full office suite (I needed Access), and the features are great. The more I use it the better I like it.

I was having issues with my computer software. After buying Microsoft 365 everything seems to work normally - as it should.

I can't imagine not having MS 365. Even though I don't use the suite of products as much as I used to when I was working, it's like best friends...they're there when you need them.

Got this when I bought my PC, since they had a promotion. Need a copy of office. Curious to see how this would be since the software is supposed to be in the cloud so to speak. Has all the programs I need in case I take my work home with me. Good that it has a license for PC plus a tablet.

Just bought a Lenovo Yoga laptop and added this software which includes Defender, Word, Excel and more.

I don’t see any advantages over Office 2010. Just have to always spend more money.

I haven't switched over to this completely yet. Microsoft keeps inserting itself such as even though I chose Chrome as my browser it keeps coming up and with other offers, too.

Clearly the most convenient way to buy MS Office. Yes, there's an annual fee...but you're always up to date. I'm never going back to the locally installed CD version.

Geek Squad fixed an annoying problem if the mouse did not always move where it was suppose to go.

Very easy to install on laptop and each of the products are easy to use. Also live OneDrive. Never have to worry about losing your work.

It's exactly as advertised, the microsoft 365 personal suite of items! Worked perfectly.
