Great Value, 15 months when bought with laptop. Got to have office for work.

Great software package. Its everything you need in an office package. Even includes the database software which many basic packages fail to include. No complaints.

Overall I am very much satisfied with the Office 365 subscription service. It's our daily to use tool for every project. Performance is always up to the expectation. Never encountered any serious bug or error halting an important bug. Still, some minor issues are faced rarely but nothing that cannot be handled. When utilizing each and every feature and app included in Office 365, then it will definitely prove a great asset to your organization which will boost sales and eventually profits in the long run.

It works great! I had an old system Vista so 365 has really been wonderful upgrade.

Needed. However, the price is high in general for the length time it offers. I miss the one time purchase packet.

I like Microsoft Personal but ease of getting started was a bit difficult. Finally got it a month after purchasing.

I find that Microsoft Office is necessary just for various home office tasks. I am disappointed that this is now on a yearly subscription basis. I need it occasionally, but don't use it every day and this makes it more costly.

To my surprise, when I activated the single user 365 software, Microsoft cancelled our family plan for the same product. Thus I had to uninstall and purchase the new 365 as a family. Thus I lost the purchase price of the single person plan. It was quite an ordeal to figure all this out and ensure our computer could be given "read to go" on Christmas. I deeply regret losing the purchase price of the single use plan At age 80, I have been left with a wide range of feelings and disappointment.

So far so good, was not sure how to install but figured it out after to many days of doing it, but i am not great with computers.

The programs are perfect for my personal needs. I'm happy Best Buy installed it upon purchase.

It may not be good for everyone but the product performs great for the things I do. Word was a bit hard to work with but when you experment a few times it becomes easy.

Outlook and excel are the only programs I ever use. Would be nice if I could purchase only those programs for a reasonable price. The rest are just a waste of space.

Looks like Microsoft is going to follow Adobe in the subscription model for software. You pay less up front, but if you keep it installed a long time, you're better off paying the higher amount up front - but with the subscription, you're at least getting the most recent version.

Great product, comes handy when you need it especially during these times when every home has become a work place. Price is a little expensive considering the subscription period.

I like Office but don't like the fact that it sits on Microsoft's site. Then if the Internet is down my information can't be reached. We also don't know if Microsoft will charge for storing data at some point in the future.
